RE:   VICTIMIZED BY CORRUPT JUDGE--LEGAL HELP NEEDED!
December 19, 2002

I noticed Larry Klayman's article in The Progressive Conservative, Volume IV, Issue # 41, April 16, 2002--"Judicial Watch Fights Corruption & Abuse in America's Legal & Judicial System."

I am searching for an answer to a legal problem my son (age 19) is involved in.  I feel that the judge was unfair.  Also, the sentence has changed from what he handed down at the sentencing.  I feel this judge should have removed himself from this case, considering his clerk's daugther was dating my son and passed on information that was not readily avaiable to anyone.  Does your group help with this type situation?  Where can I go to get help?  My son was pulled off a job.  I know you need more information, and I will be happy to give it to you, if help is available.

Thank you,

Shelia Morrow

EDITOR'S RESPONSE:

Contact Judicial Watch directly and give a detailed description of your young son's situation. If the people at Judicial Watch cannot give you direct help, they probably can give you the name and address of an organization that can provide such assistance.
